The Göteborg String Theory

My role: Executive Producer & Curator —
I curated a week-long process-related multimedia workshop and subsequent public performances with more than 50 participants, defined the overall artistic agency, selected the artists and musicians, negotiated fees with concert venues/ local promoters, hired crew, and was in charge of all logistics of participants from 3 countries.
I applied for and was granted public funding and corporate sponsorship, co-produced a double album and managed the subsequent record releases (licensed rights to record label, made agreements with publishing companies), initiated collaborations with Swedish National Radio, Goethe Institut, and Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, and re-negotiated the mechanical rights 10 years after the original release for further releases.
